The core of the Learning Organisation is Personal Mastery.
This is the fulcrum of this turning wheel and is the starting and continuing center point that all evolves from and around.All the other key aspects , while important will not have the same impact without collective and individual Personal Mastery.
There are many aspects around this but the bottom line is really “you cannot give something you don’t have”
Gallup as an organisation have been involved in the ongoing development of the Strength Finder for many years.
My personal discovery started in 2009 and through the use and implementation of this assessment I have seen developments that effected both individuals and teams.In the first instance the importance of the individuals own strengths cannot be over emphasized. It goes further though, because evaluating the team dynamics through the Leadership Domains of a group, gives you an extended answer from the individuals strengths .How does the individuals strength manifest itself in the team and how will the team function knowing the areas it is strong in.
Taking one step further then,one of the other aspects of the Learning Organisation is TEAM LEARNING.

If there is one word that today has become more important it is ENGAGEMENT.
Surveys done is the USA and Europe show that upward of 80 percent of people are disengaged in the work place!
Change this and you impact the organisation in a way that no other intervention will or can.The Learning Organisation has as basis the establishment of engagement both as individuals but similarly in a group.The Strength Finder 2.0 adds to this.
