With co-creation as methodology we will move you and your team or organisation in the desired direction to establish, reach and exceed your goals.

As CEO, I successfully ran a company with 250 employees and for a number of years this company was rated as the second largest supplier of Process Control Equipment, based on turnover, in South Africa. In 1992, of 13 global subsidiaries, it achieved the highest return on capital employed in the group.

In 2002,facing significant challenges, I purchased the first John Maxwell book, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership on the advice of our Pastor, coincidentally John Maxwell presented a full day seminar on this book, which I attended, in  Johannesburg.

This journey has continued through the 3 year Million Leader Mandate, EQUIP programme, completed in 2006.  I am currently still facilitating a global Corporate Leadership programme as well as a Middle Management Development programme in the Middle East, India and Africa as well as Asia and Pacific regions.  I also assist organisations with change management processes.

My purpose is to help others, through the sharing of their evaluated experiences, to discover their own gifting that will help them fulfil their purpose.
